PICKUPS DAY BEFORE

Day 1 -ARRIVAL, PICKUPS, TRAINING WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN ADAPTIVE RMA

DRESS – Hiking gear – ready to go after lunch – bring water

            9:00 - YYC

            10:00 – Pickup a hotel

11:30 - Drop luggage at the Solara and walk into Town – free time

            12:30 – Meet at Chez Francois – 1716 Bow Valley Trail –

            2:00 – 5:00 – training for Paddle Rundle Forebay and Hike Canmore Nordic Center

            5:00 – Check in Solara – 187 Kananaskis Rd – we have 2 units

            7:00 – Dinner – Best Flatbread – order in – Salad – in 412

            Intro and get to know each other

Day 2 - RMA HIKING IN CASCADE VALLEY

DRESS – hiking gear – backpack, water, snacks, sunscreen and layers

            5:00 and on – Coffee, Lattes, espresso etc   

8:00am – Yoga – One Wellness

            8:30 am – Breakfast –

            9:45 – meet in lobby

            10;00 -4:00 – Hike with participants - 3 in wheelchairs and one ambulatory – Hike Cascade Valley

            4:40 – Arrive home – free time

            5:45 – meet lobby and walk to Bridgette Bar 1030 Spring Creek Dr

            Home – swim. hot tub… sleep

Day 3 - E-BIKE LEGACY TRAIL – CANMORE TO BANFF

DRESS – Bike shorts if you have them – change of clothes to walk around town, water bottle, layers, snacks, sunscreen – we have panniers

            5:00 and on – coffee 412

            8:00 Yoga – One Wellness

            8:30 – Breakfast

            9:45 – meet in Lobby

            10:00 – Pick up bikes and head out on Legacy train on E- Bikes – Plenty of time to stop and take photos

            12:30 – Lunch at Nourish -211 Bear St Banff

            Free Afternoon in Banff

            4:00 – head back to Canmore

            6:30 – Dining in 412 – Food by the most incredible Valbella Gormet Deli

Day 4 - RMA HIKE AND PADDLE LOWER KANANASKIS LAKE AND TRAIL

DRESS - Hiking gear, water, sunscreen, snacks -

            5:00 – COFFEE

            8:00 – YOGA

            8:30 – Breakfast

            9:45 – meet in lobby

            10:00 – 4:00 - RMA – 3 participants and their families – from as research group.   ½ day hike, ½ day paddle – 2 groups

            4:40 – arrive home – free time

            5:45 – meet in Lobby

            6:00 – reservation Crazyweed – Kitchen – 1600 Railway Ave

June 25th WHITEWATER RAFTING AND OPTIONAL MT YAMNUSKA

DRESS – swimsuit and dry clothes – water shoes, hat, sunscreen, layers morning HIKE – hiking gear – water, backpack, layers

            5:00 – Coffee

            7:30 – Breakfast

            8:15 – Leave for Kananaskis – with Canadian Rockies Rafting – wear swimsuit, bring towel, dry clothes

            9:00-12:00 – playful whitewater rapids – class 2-3  - maybe some cliff jumping..

                        It is and out and back so turn around whenever you want…. So fun

Day 5 DEPART SOLARA AND HELLO CHATEAU LAKE LOUISE – AND LITTLE BEEHIVE HIKE

DRESS – dress for hike – layers layers raincoat hat water snacks

            5:00 – Coffee

            7:30 – Breakfast – make bag lunch

            9:00 – meet in lobby with all luggage

            10:30 – Arrive Lake Louise and prepare to be amazed - drop luggage

11:00 – hike to Lake Agnus and little beehive (not big beehive) – stop for Lunch and Tea at the Lake Agnus Teahouse https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/canada/alberta/lake-agnes-big-little-beehive

3-4:00 arrive back – check in and free time

1 bedroom – 2 queen beds

2 bedroom – King bedroom, 2 queen bedroom and pull out queen

            8:00 – small walk at the lake

Day 6 HIKE – PLAIN OF THE SIX GLACIERS – TEA AND LUNCH AT TEAHOUSE

DRESS – POLES! LAYERS!! HAT, RAINCOAT water, snacks,

            2:00 arrive home – Free time

            7:00 – Breakfast and pack up

            8:30 -9:30 – meet at canoes – so so gorgeous!!
